Reaching K-Mac On-Line

Autographs

I'm always happy to autograph my books or stories. However, my limited schedule of public appearances in recent years has sharply limited the number of opportunities to do so--and, besides, it's a big planet. But there are still three options for those who are interested.

  1. Buy a book, T-shirt, "First Contact" CD, or cover flat from me. I'll autograph or personalize it to order. (As of  7/1/09 the Infinite Attic store on eBay is closed; I hope to be able to offer direct sales through this Web site shortly.)
  2. Send me the book. You need to pay the postage (including insurance, if you choose) both ways by sending a self-addressed stamped mailing envelope along with the item you would like autographed. The USPS's Priority Mail envelopes are a good choice--they're tough, waterproof, and free, and the service is (in my experience) reliable. (I'll use any protective packing the item arrives in to return it, but you assume the risk of loss or damage en route.)
  3. Request an autographed book plate.

    (US addresses).
Send me a self-addressed stamped letter-sized envelope. I'll send you an autographed or personalized book plate to paste in the K-Mac book of your choice.

(non-US addresses). Send me a self-addressed letter-sized envelope and an International Reply Coupon (IRC). If you want to make my day, arrange for your request to arrive in an envelope bearing an interesting stamp or three from your homeland (I no longer have the time for stamp collecting, but I still admire a nicely-turned commemorative, especially with a space/science/aviation/nautical/nature theme).

The mailing address is:

Photographs

I'm surprised by how many of you have asked over the years. But this isn't Hollywood; glossy 8x10 head shots of your host and narrator aren't available at this time. Sorry! But if you happened to take a photo of me at a con and would like it autographed, see Option B above. Or I'd be happy to send you a digitally-autographed JPG.
